Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Coun-ty Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, on the 16th day of March, 1988, at 10:00 o'clock a.m. of said day: Said property situated in Davis County, State of Utah, more particularly par-ticularly described as follows: All of Lot 97, EAST CREST ESTATES SUBDIVISION NO. 4, a Subdivision of part of Section Sec-tion 22, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, Meri-dian, in the City of Layton, according to the official plat thereof. Commonly known as 1164 East 300 North, Layton, Utah 84041. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure foreclo-sure proceedings is dated October 23, 1978, and was executed by JOSEPH R. BAGLEY and EMELYN H. BAG-LEY, BAG-LEY, husband and wife, as Trustor, and in favor of EAST RIVER SAVINGS SAV-INGS BANK, the present Beneficiary. The present owners are reported to be EDISON G.
