Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 21st day of March, 1988, at 10:00 a.m. at the north main door of the Davis County Courthouse Court-house located at 50 E. State St., Farmington, Farm-ington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Robert S. Slanec and Lana T. Slanec, as Trustors, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, Benefici-ary, which Trust Deed was recorded August 2, 1984 as Entry No. 679245, in Book 1000, at Page 1019, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property located at 441 West 100 North, Clearfield, Utah, 84015, in Davis County, State of Utah, and more particularly described as follows: fol-lows: All of Lot 55B, Amended Plat of a portion of YORKSHIRE PLACE SUBDIVISION, NO. 1, a Planned Unit Development of a Part of Section 2, Township 4 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Clearfield, according to the official offi-cial plat thereof.
