Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Fitch and the children and Mrs. Walter Fitch and children left Eureka last Tuesday for New York City, where they will remain for some time visiting friends. Mr. Fitch is superintendent of the Chief Consolidated mine, and will stop off at Houghton. Mich., on his return re-turn home from the trip. Miss Catherine Doty entertained the Evergreen Sisters at her home last Friday Fri-day evening. The time was spent in dancing. The "sisters" were Miss Stella Fields, Miss Helen Clark, Miss Irene Sullivan, Miss Adele Griggs and MiFS Anna Coffee.
