The four churches which have entered squads are Phillips Congregational, St. Mary's Catholic cathedral, Burlington Baptist and Central Christian. All have strong squads and a hard fight is expected for a leg on the cup which goes to the team winning the pennant three years in succession. Last season the Central Christian five won the honors and they are anxious to obtain another hold on the cup with a winning squad this year. Harold Wil-hart, Wil-hart, who will probably captain the Central Christian five, has gathered together to-gether a strong bunch out of his church. Besides a number of the members mem-bers of last year's squad he has several sev-eral other prominent players on his string. The Phillips Congregational team has secured second place tor three years in succession, but always lacked the final Sunch to make them a pennant winner, loiner Hoisington will play on the Phillips Phil-lips team this year and should prove a good man to build a team around. Clarence Hudine, Evan Taylor, Clifford Rudine, Bob Abbott; Howard Bardwell and Claude Carev are also expected to play for the Phillips team this year. The Burlington team, having a gymnasium gym-nasium of its own, has been playing together for some time this year and should prove strong contenders for the high honors. This is the first season for the members mem-bers of the Catholic cathedral squad, but the Rev. Father Theodore Schultz, . who has been representing the Catho-jr Catho-jr men, says that a number of good players are available.
