Show CASES ARE HEARD IN CRIMINAL COURT Trial was begun before Judge J. Louis Brown of the Third district court yesterday in the case of Maurice Reilly, charged with a statutory offense. H. A. Houser was found guilty on a charge of grand larceny for the theft of a watch: sentence to be passed later. Mervin Perry and Sherman Jarkson, previously convicted of burglary in the third degrpe. were sentenced to indeterminate inde-terminate terms in the state prison. A plea of not guilty was entered by Vincent L. Elliott to a charge of assault as-sault with a deadly weapon. Trial was set for February IP. Archie Lattell pleaded guilty to a charge of attempted robbery and was sentenced to an indeterminate term in the state prison. |
