The use of salt grass hay as a packing material ma-terial in the nhipnients of fruit, crockery and other materials is permitted, provided said salt grass hay has been cut and removed re-moved from the fields between October 1 and April 1 as above specified and stored in warehouses removed from alfalfa al-falfa fields, alfalfa hay or other suspected materials. B. Warehouses used for storing salt grass must be clean and shall not be used for si orinp any other commodity without authorization from the crop pest inspector. C. Excelsior , or other packing for interstate in-terstate phipmfrit fchall only be u:ed when these requirements are met. Accurate records must be kept subject sub-ject to inspection by the state crop pest inspector or deputy of the Halt prass. excelsior, ex-celsior, or other parking received or delivered de-livered from any warehouse. K. This license will be revoked upon failure to comply with any and all of the above regulation:1;.
