JAPANESE PHYSICIAN REPORTED BY ERROR That the police report of the anti-vice raids made Friday night was erroneous in so far as it concerned Dr. F. T. Nakaya. was learned yesterday when it was discovered dis-covered that Dr. Xalcaya was arrested for an alleged violation of section 11 of the traffic code, which concerns glaring lights on automobiles. Dr. Nakaya was taken into custody by a traffic officer about the same time the raids were in progress, and as a result his name on the police blotter appeared among those taken in that connection, although his alleged offense was nothing more serious than a traffic crde violation.
