A notable feature about the present farm market, he added.-is that big. prosperous pros-perous men in all lines of activity are buying farms for their own use. - Referring Re-ferring to this fact, D. Carlos Kimball, president of Kimball & Richards, said: "When the big man is buying, as at present, is the time for the average buyer 1 to act. The same thing is true fn all real estate purchases, whether in farms or city property. There never was a better bet-ter time to buy farms than today.
