Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 23rd day of February, 1988 at 9:00 A.M., at the front entrance of the County Court House at Farming-ton, Farming-ton, Utah, in the County of Davis, by KAY M. LEWIS, Trustee, and FIRST SECURITY MORTGAGE, as Beneficiary, Benefi-ciary, under the Deed of Trust made by W. LAMBERT DUTSON, as Trustor, and recorded June 15, 1983, .as Entry No. 643164 in Book 946 at Page 620, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of said beneficiary by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded January 7, 1986, as Entry No. 0723358 in Book 1069 at Page 13 of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, ti-tle, possession or encumbrances, the following described property located at 1301 North Fort Lane, Layton, Utah: Beginning on the West side of a 4-rod street at a point 17.33 chains South and 33 feet West of the Northeast corner of the Southwest quarter of Section 16, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, and running thence West 300 feet; thence North 150 feet; thence East 300 feet; thence South 150 feet to the point of beginning, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust, including includ-ing fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, Trus-tee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon, and the unpaid principal of the note secured se-cured by said Deed of Trust with interest in-terest thereon as in said contract and by law provided.
