Show Eaton to help art center Eaton Corporation's contributions contribu-tions committee has approved the Bountiful-Davis Art Center as an eligible organization for their employee em-ployee Gift Matching Program. The Gift Matching Program was established to encourage employees em-ployees and other eligible participants partici-pants to share in the support of educational institutions and arts and cultural organizations. Eaton will double match qualifying contributions con-tributions of at least $25, and not exceeding a total of $5,000 per par-ticipant par-ticipant per year to eligible reci pient organizations. Active employees, former employees em-ployees who have retired from Eaton Corp. or a company subsequently subse-quently acquired by Eaton and are currently receiving pension benefits be-nefits from Eaton Corp., and the company's directors and retired directors are eligible to participate in this program. The contribution may be in the form of cash, check or securities.
