Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 16th day of February, Feb-ruary, 1988, at 10:00 a.m. at the north main door of the Davis County Court house located at 50 East State Street, Farmington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Neil Scott Glover and Karen Allen Glover, as Trustors, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, Agen-cy, as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded September 6, 1984 as Entry En-try No. 682062, in Book 1004, at Page 976, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property prop-erty located at 2466 North 1050 West, Clinton, Utah 84015 in Davis County, State of Utah, and more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 12, GOLDEN WEST VILLA SUBDIVISION NO. 1, a subdivision of part of Section 22, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, Meri-dian, in the City of Clinton, Davis County, according to the official plat thereof; Notice of Default was recorded Octoberl3, 1987 as Entry No. 0804590, in Book 1 198, at Page 828, of said official offi-cial records. Successor Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty war-ranty as to title, possession, or encumbrances, encum-brances, the above-described property, proper-ty, for the purpose of paying obligations obliga-tions secured by said Trust Deed, including in-cluding without limitation fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
