Show Commercial Security Bank is now Key Bank of Utah By CHERIE HUBER Commercial Security Bank was acquired by KeyCorp, a financial services company based in Albany, New York on Dec. 31, 1987. Commercial Com-mercial Security Bank will now be operated as a Utah bank affiliated with Key Pacific Bancorp, the West coast banking unit of KeyCorp. The name of Commercial Commer-cial Security Bank has been changed to Key Bank of Utah. None of the offices of Commercial Commer-cial Security will be closed as a result re-sult of the merger. With the added resources of KeyCorp, banking products and services will be expanded ex-panded and at the same time all deposits de-posits will continue to be fully insured in-sured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Insur-ance Corporation. While several directors representing repre-senting KeyCorp will be added to the board of directors, no other changes in management are expected. ex-pected.
