Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following-described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, February 25, 1988, on the front steps of the Davis County Courthouse, Farmington, Utah at 10:00 a.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Don B. Henin-ger Henin-ger and Janice T. Heninger, husband and wife, as trustors, in favor of State Savings and Loan Association, as trustee trus-tee and beneficiary, which Trust Deed is dated December 1, 1981, and was filed for record on December 2, 1981 in Book 886 at Page 612, as Entry No. 605045 of the official records of Davis County, State of Utah. The real property covered by the Trust Deed is located: 319 North 1150 East, Kaysville, Utah and more particularly described as: All of Lot 62, HOB HILL SUBDIVISION NO. 2, a subdivision subdi-vision of part of Section 35, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the city of Kaysville, according to the official plat thereof. Notice of Default was recorded October 6, 1987, in Book 1197 at Page 697 as Entry No. 803957 of said official records.
