Show Joan Bass dies Joan Bass, 55, of 522 W. Mutton Hollow Road, Kaysville, passed away Monday, Jan. 11, 1988 at Humana Hospital Davis North in Layton of a heart attack. She was born June 29, 1932 in Kaysville, a daughter of Sidney George and Edith Marie Bennett Bass. She was a lifelong resident of Kaysville. She attended Davis County public pub-lic schools and graduated from Davis High School. At the time of her death she was employed at Clover Club Foods, where she had worked for 3 1 years as a potato chip packer. She was a member of the Kaysville Kays-ville 19th LDS Ward. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Sandi and Greg Hackney, Hack-ney, Hooper; three grandsons, Kody, K.C. and Jesse, all of Hooper. Also surviving are her father of Kaysville; one sister and one brother, Bonnie L. Kment, Kaysville; Kays-ville; Don B. Bass, Omaha, Nev. She was preceded in death by her mother. Funeral directors, Lindquist's Layton Mortuary. Bishop Steven R. Boyson officiated offici-ated at funeral services Jan. 14. Family prayer was offered by Reuben Bennett; prelude, Karen Timothy; invocation, Norris R. Dedication of the grave was by Van Bass with interment in the Kaysville City Cemetery. Pallbearers were Greg Hackney, Tom Kment, Terry Kment, Todd Kment, Rod O'Brien, Troy Clawson. Honorary pallbearers were Sidney Sid-ney G. Bass, Kody B. Bone, K n . Devereaux Bone, Brent Bone, JcT se R. Hackney, J.W. Creed Kment and Joe Kment. |
