CHRIS FORSD1CK Life Care Center names new Leisure Therapist Chris Forsdick has assumed her duties as the director of recreation therapy for the Life Care Center of Bountiful. Her responsibilities include in-clude planning, implementing, and directing recreational programs for the nursing care unit and the new developmental disabled unit. Ms. Forsdick graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor of science degree in recreation and leisure-therapeutic emphasis. "Chris is qualified and experienced experi-enced in our specialty areas. Her recent return to Utah from the east coast was fortunate for us as we can really use her talents," said Doug Lizon, administrator for the center. One of eight recipients of the L.D. Cruise Award of 1982 for exceptional ex-ceptional students, and the Kenne-cott Kenne-cott Scholarship in 1981, she has been a guest speaker at the Utah Recreation Therapy Association, and has published in the URTA Newsletter.
