Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Notice is hereby given that the following fol-lowing requests have been filed with the State Engineer regarding water in Davis County. EXTENSION(S) OF TIME WITHIN WITH-IN WHICH TO RESUME USE Ext-640 (31-213) Barton Creek Irrigation Irri-gation Co. & Bountiful City, of 790 South 100 East, Bountiful, UT, has filed for an extension of time within which to resume use of 21 .0 cfs of water as evidenced by 3 1 -2 1 3 , Civil No. 8 1 24. The water has been diverted from Barton Bar-ton Creek at a point N 840 ft E 1790 ft from Cor Sec. 28, T2N, R1E, SLB&M, and used for supplemental irrigation, stockwatering, and municipal municip-al uses within the City of Bountiful, UT. The water was last beneficially used in May 1962, and Ext. 496 has been filed to cover the period from February Feb-ruary 10, 1982 and this extension is requested re-quested to ana including February 10, 1992. Ext-641 (31-205) Bountiful City-Mill Creek Irrigation Co., 790 South 100 East, Bountiful, UT has filed for an extension of time within which to resume re-sume use of 6.490 cfs of water as evidenced evi-denced by 31-205, Civil 8124. The water wa-ter has been diverted from Mill Creek at a point N 10 ft E 440 ft From SV Cor Sec. 34 T2N, R1E, SLB&M, and used for irrigation, stockwatering, and municipal in Bountiful. The water was last beneficially used in May 1962, and Ext. 498 has been filed to cover the period from February 10, 1982 to February Feb-ruary 10, 1987, and this extension is requested to and including February 10, 1992. Ext-642 (31-202) Bountiful Irrigation Co. & Bountiful City, of 790 South 100 East, Bountiful, UT, has filed for an extension of time within which to resume re-sume use of 10.441 cfs of water as evidenced evi-denced by 31-202 Civil 8124. The water has been diverted from Mill Creek at a point N 10 ft E 440 ft from SVi Cor Sec. 34 T2N, R1E, SLB&M, and used for irrigation, stockwatering, and municipal municip-al uses in Bountiful, UT. The water was last beneficially used in May 1962 and Ext. 497 has been filed to cover the period from February 10, 1982 to February Feb-ruary 10, 1987, and this extension is requested to and including February 10, 1992. Ext-643 (31-201) Mill Creek Irrigation Irriga-tion Co. and Bountiful City, of 790 South 100 East, Bountiful, UT, has filed for an extension of time within which to resume use of 0.25 cfs of water as evidenced by 31-201. The water has been diverted from Mill Creek at a point N 10 ft E 440 ft from SV Cor Sec. 34 T2N, R1E, SLB&M, and used for municipal use within corporate limits of Bountiful. The water was last beneficially benefi-cially used in May 1962, and Ext. 499 has been filed to cover the period from June 1982 to February 1987 and this extension is requested to and including February 10, 1992. Ext-648 (31-524) Rock Manor Trust, Raymond K. Fadel, Kia Lyn Fadel & Kristin Louise Fadel, Trustees, 170 West 400 South, Bountiful, UT, has filed for an extension of time within which to resume use of portion of 1 1 .0 cfs of water as evidenced by 31-524. The water has been diverted from Ricks Creek at points ( 1) N 8 1 0 ft E 380 ft ; (2) N 1 1 00 ft E 1 490 ft ; bot h from W V Cor Sec. 5, T2N, R1E, SLB&M, and used for irrigation and stockwatering in Ntt SEW; NE' Sec. 6, T2N, R1E, SLB&M. The water was last beneficially benefi-cially used in October 1971, and Ext. 453 has been filed to cover the period from September 1980 to March 1987 and this extension is requested to and including January 1992. Ext-662 (3 1-204) West Bountiful-Mill Creek Irrigation Co. and Bountiful City, of 790 South 100 East, Bountiful, UT, has filed for an extension of time within which to resume use of 7.308 cfs of water as evidenced by 31-204 Civil No. 8124. The water has been diverted from Mill Creek at a point N 130 ft W 850 ft from the EYa Cor Sec. 33, T2N, R1E, SLB&M, and used for irrigation, stockwatering, municipal in Bountiful, UT. The water was last beneficially used in May 1962, and Ext. 499 has been filed to co ver the period from June 1982 to February 1987 and this extension exten-sion is requested to and including February Feb-ruary 10, 1992.
