Show NOTICE OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant pur-suant to the provisions of Section 1 1-14-21, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, that on January 1 1 , 1988, the Board of County Commissioners (the "Board") of Davis County, Utah (the "County"), adopted a resolution in which it authorized and approved the issuance of the General Obligation Public Building Bonds, Series 1988 (the "Bonds") of the County. The Bonds are to be issued in the aggregate principal prin-cipal amount of not to exceed Eighteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars Dol-lars ($18,500,000), to bear interest at a rate or rates of not to exceed ten percent per-cent (10) per annum, to mature in not more than twenty-five (25) years from their date or dates, and to be sold at a discount from par, expressed as a per-centage per-centage of principal amount, of not to exceed zero percent (0). The Bonds, pursuant to said Resolution of the Board adopted on January 1 1 , 1988, are to be issued for the purpose of paying all or part of the cost of acquiring, improving im-proving or extending public buildings and facilities suitable for use as jails, offices, courthouses, and other related public buildings and facilities for the administration of justice and law enforcement en-forcement activities, and any other improvements, im-provements, facilities or property used in connection therewith, including the cost of all equipment and furnishings for such improvements, facilities or property and of acquisition of all land necessary as a site or sites therefor. The Bonds are to be issued and sold by the County pursuant to said resolution, resolu-tion, including as part of said resolution the draft of a final bond resolution which was before the Board and attached to said resolution in substantially substan-tially final form at the time of the adoption adop-tion of said resolution, and said final bond resolution is to be adopted by the Board in such form, with such changes thereto as shall be approved by the Board upon the adoption thereof, provided pro-vided that the principal amount, interest in-terest rate or rates, maturity and discount dis-count will not exceed the respective maximums set forth above. A copy of said resolution (including the draft of said final bond resolution) is on file in the office of the County Clerk at 28 East State Street in Farmington, Utah, where it may be examined during regular business hours of the County Clerk from 8:30 o'clock A.M. to 5:00 o'clock P.M. Said resolution shall be so available for inspection for a period of at least thirty (30) days from and after the date of the publication of this notice. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that pursuant to law for a period of thirty (30) days from and after the date of the publication of this notice, any person in interest shall have the right to contest the legality of the above described de-scribed resolution of the Board or the Bonds or any provisions made for the security and payment of the Bonds, and that after such time, no one shall have any cause of action to contest the regularity, formality or legality thereof for any cause whatsoever.
