Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 17th day of February, Feb-ruary, 1988, at 9:00 a.m., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Corner of State & Main, Farmington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by FLEET REAL ESTATE FUNDING CORP., as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by GLENN RAY FRANDSEN and EVELYN F RAND-SEN, RAND-SEN, husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded June 19, 1979 as Entry No. 535679, in Book 775, at Page 857, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of WESTERN PACIFIC FINANCIAL CORPORATION, A California Corporation, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded October9, 1987, as Entry No. 0804335, in Book 1 198, at Page 303, of said official offi-cial records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful law-ful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: PARCEL 1: Beginning on the East line of a street 5 rods North and North 33 degrees 37' West 101.0 feet along said street from the Southwest comer of Lot 4, Block 15, Plat "B", Farmington Townsite Survey, in the City of Farmington, and running thence East 195.0 feet; thence South 82.0 feet; thence West 140.0 feet, more or less, to the East line of said street; thence North 33 degrees 37' West 101 feet, more or less, along said street to the point of beginning. PARCEL 2: Beginning at a point 5 rods North and 495.0 feet East of the Southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 15, Plat "B", Farmington Townsite Survey, and running thence North 33 degrees 37' West 101.0 feet; thence West 300.0 feet to the Northeast corner cor-ner of Parcel 1 herein; thence South 82.5 feet; thence East 355 feet to the point of beginning. Property Address: 470 North 200 East, Farmington, Utah 84025 for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest in-terest thereon as is in said note and by law provided.
