Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 19th day of February, 1988, at 4:00 p.m. at the front door of the Davis County Courthouse at Farmington, Utah, in the County of Davis, by Paul T. Kunz, as Successor Trustee, under the Deed of Trust made by LANE BEATTIE and JOY D. BEATTIE, as Trustors, and recorded re-corded the 8th day of April, 1982, as Entry En-try No. 612801 in Book 898 at Page 832 of Official Records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of Maxine M. White and LuanaN. Soren-sen, Soren-sen, by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded October Octo-ber 5, 1987, as Entry 0803818 in Book 1 197 at Page 464 of said Official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession posses-sion or encumbrances, the following described de-scribed property commonly known as 165 East Center Street, Bountiful, Utah, 84010, County of Davis, State of Utah; Beginning on the North line of a street at a point South 89 degrees 44' West 184.54 feet along the center cen-ter line of said street and North 0 degrees 14'45" east 24.75 feet from the Bountiful City Monument at the intersection of Center Street and 200 East Street, and running thence North 0 degrees 14'45" East 165.5 feet to the North line of Lot 1 , Block 34, Plat " A" , Bountiful Bounti-ful Townsite Survey ; thence South 89 degrees 50'30" West 73.60feet; thence South 0 degrees 1445" West 165.64 feet to the North line of said street, thence North 89 degrees de-grees 44' East 73.6 feet along the North line of said street to the point of beginning, for the purpose of paying obligations secured se-cured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said Note and by law provided.
