Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the front steps of the Davis County Courthouse at 50 E. State Street, Farmington, Utah, on February 17, 1988, at 1:00 p.m. of said day for the purpose of foreclosing a Deed of Trust executed by 'DONALD R. GARR AND JENEE B. GARR, husband and wife, as Trustor, in favor of American Amer-ican Savings and Loan Association, as Trustee and Beneficiary, covering the real property located at approximately 1070 E. Green Road, Fruit Heights, Utah, and more particularly described as: Beginning at a point in Green Road, Fruit Heights, Utah, which point is North 35 1 . 1 83 feet and West 639.358 feet from the Northeast Corner of Section 2, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, Meri-dian, thence South 19 degrees 29'00" East 275.00 feet, thence South 70 degrees 3 TOO" West 158.40 feet thence North 19 degrees de-grees 29'00" West 275.00 feet to Green Road thence North 70 degrees de-grees 3 TOO" East along Green Road 158.40 feet to the point of beginning.
