Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 23rd day of February, Feb-ruary, 1988 at 9:00 A.M., at the front entrance of the County Court House at Farmington, Utah, in the County of Davis, by KAY M. LEWIS, Trustee, and FIRST SECURITY FINANCIAL, FINAN-CIAL, as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by JAMES C. KAISER-MAN KAISER-MAN and CAROLYN H. KAISER-MAN, KAISER-MAN, as Trustors, and recorded June 5, 1985, as Entry No. 703652 in Book 1037 at Page 801, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of said beneficiary benefi-ciary by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded February Feb-ruary 27, 1986, as Entry No. 728188 in Book 1076 at Page 70 of said official records.
