The team of Caldwell, Murray and Melton fired scored of 3-5-5-4-5-4-4-5-4-38 on the first nine and 3-5-4-4-4-4-4-5-3-36 on the second nine. Each golfer won $28.74. Linda Hart, Linda Floyd and Corrine Pease captured second place with an 80 tally. The group posted scores of : 4-5-4-6-4-5-5-3-40 on the first nine and 4-5-4-5-5-54-5-3-40. Hart, Floyd and Pease won $21.55 each. Five teams, Isla Swain, Ginny Denton, Vel Sorensen; Katie Johnson, Nina Pease, Wilma Lee; Betty Hart, Lucy Phillips, Jean Johnson; Lorraine Higgins, Virginia Gardner, Gerri Voyles and Carol Gore, Mary Brad-burg, Brad-burg, Ginger Fox, tied for third place with scores of 83. The Swain-Denton-Sorensen team posted scores of 41 on the first nine and 42 on the second nine. The Hart -Phillips-Johnson team posted scores of 41 on the first nine and 42 on the second nine.
