BOISE, Idaho, May 11, Mrs. Teresa Ai. . iruhani of Oocur d' Alene has been appointed ap-pointed by Vance McCormiek. chairman of the Democratic national committee at Washington, as member of the advisory board of the national committee. Mrs. Graham was recenlly in Boise With Mrs. A. S. Baldwin of San Francisco in the interest of the third Liberty loan, and was a guest of honor at a luncheon given at the Owyhee hotel by the women's committee of the council of national na-tional defense. Mrs. Graham is named to represent Idaho and it is undvrstood a woman will be named on the advisory board from every state in the union. She was the first woman delegate from the Gem state to the Eemocratic national convention; was state chairman of the women's third Liberty loan and was recently requested by Mrs. William G.
