Show FLEINER TO SHIP LEAD-ZINC ORES t Special to The Tribune. EL" R EICA . May 11. B. F. Fleiner was "mVown this week from his West Tintic ranXrfg property, and states that he is making preparations to ship a carload of lead-zinc ore. which is now piled up on the dump. There is a gopd market for this combination of metals, and Mr. Fleiner Flei-ner expects to follow this shipment with other consignments of the same character of ore. One carload of manganese ore was shipped from that section on Sunday and another car will probably be sent out in the near future. The property from which this manganese is being mined is owned by Eureka people, and it is understood that the ore will be sold to the T. L. McCarthy Mc-Carthy company of Salt Lake, which is buying most of the manganese mined in this and adjoining states. The deposit of the higher grade material is not large, but ft is thought that shipments can be made with some degree of regularity. |
