Editor Republican Dear Sir: In conversation with one of our City Fathers, I was Informed that the Mayor and City Council took a trip up the Logan canyon on Arbor day, to look over the ground of tho proposed city electric plant. Ho stated they had a real nice time nt their own and friends' expense. A more suitable place than the one located, can not be found In Logan, or any other canyon. Work will not begin until an expert hydraulic engineer goes over the ground. While tho boys were eating their dinner one of their number, a member from the eastern suburbs did maliciously, feloniously and willfully take and appropriate to his own use a vessel containing personal property belonging to the party, without the consent of the majority or any part of the members of said council. And I was Informed that unless the said person from the eastern suburb does voluntarily voluntar-ily return said vessel and Its contents and live fold more of the same Identical property or mixture, In llvo more vessels ves-sels of the same size and proportion as that one which he did willfully tako and appropriate for his own use and personal benefit, a resolution of censure, cen-sure, and herhaps Impeachment, will be passed at the next regular session of the City Council.
