NOTICE TO CONCESSIONAIRES- Sealed bids will .be received by the 'Utah State Fair association at its office, Salt Lake City, until Wednesday. September Sep-tember 8. 12 o'clock noon, for the following follow-ing concessions to be let on the State Fair grounds for the period of the fair, beginning begin-ning Monday, September 27; closing Wednesday night, October 6: Confectionery, including candy, nuts, chewing gum, popcorn, crlspettes, and other confections; buttered popcorn ; hot peanuts I ice-cream cons; soft drinks, including soda fountain ; fresh fruit ; restaurant res-taurant ; lunch counters; Coney Island red-hots; Hamburger sandwiches. Bids will be accepted for each concession conces-sion separately, or in blanket form covering cover-ing all concessions. Concessions will be let to the highest responsible bidders, and the successful bidders will be granted the exclusive i privilege on the fair grounds outside of the "carnival grounds."'
