Show HIGH SCHOOL TO OPEN. GrantavlIIe Students Prepare for Study; Building Is Thoroughly Renovated. Special to The Tribune. G RANTS VILLE, Sept. 4. The Grants-vine Grants-vine high school"1 will open on September 13. Extensive alterations have been made In the building, consisting of the laying of maple floors throughout, the addition of a dining room to the domestic science department and the redecoratlon of the assembly room. The state high school ' championship debating cup, which was won by the Grantsvllle high school last year, and which is to be in Its possession at least during the year, together with (the beautiful triangul award containing the names of Salt Lake, Davis and Grantsvllle. Grants-vllle. have been given a prominent place in the scheme of decoration. Most ot last year s athletes will be in on the first day. Football suits' will be given out at once, as there is a great demand for the I game here among the students at least, and the parental opposition op-position is not so great ae formerly.
