Festivities start on Christmas Eve when the tree is decorated. Plain white lights and red balls are generally gen-erally used. A dressed-up Santa Claus visits every house. On Christmas day, families gather at the home of grandparents for a big dinner centered around ham and turkey. Church services are held on Christmas. Families usually take flowers and candles with them to church to honor the Christ Child. |
