Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, possession pos-session or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, Court-house, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Farm-ington, Utah, the 13th day of January, 1989, at 1:00 o'clock p.m., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly described as follows: Lot 180, Block 13, WASATCH HEIGHTS, according accord-ing to the official plat thereof. Commonly known as 977 Sherwood Sher-wood Drive, Layton, Utah 84041. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure foreclo-sure proceedings is dated June 25, 1985, and was executed by EDWARD PAUL GOCEL and CHERYL L. GOCEL, husband and wife, as Trustor, and in favor of COMMONWEALTH MORTGAGE MORT-GAGE COMPANY OF AMERICA, L.P., the present Beneficiary. The present pre-sent owners are reported to be EDWARD ED-WARD PAUL GOCEL and CHERYL L. GOCEL, husband and wife. The purchase price is payable in lawful law-ful money of the United States of America.
