Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, bid-der, payable in lawful money of the United Un-ited States of America at the time of sale, said sale to be conducted January 4, 1989, at 1 1:30a.m., at the North Entrance Entr-ance Steps of the county courthouse, located at State and Main, in Farming-ton, Farming-ton, Davis County, State of Utah, by First Security Bank of Utah, National Association, as SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TRUS-TEE under the deed of trust dated June 14, 1983, executed by W. Lambert Dut-son, Dut-son, as TRUSTOR, to McGhie Land Title Company, as TRUSTEE in favor of First Security Financial, a Utah corporation, cor-poration, as beneficiary, securing a note in the original amount of Eighty Three Thousand and 0100's ($83,000.00). Said deed of trust was recorded re-corded June 15, 1983, as Entry Number 643 164, in Book 946, at Page 620 et seq., of the official records in the Office of the County Recorder of Davis County, State of Utah, and covering the following follow-ing described real property: Beginning on the West side of a 4-rod street at a point 17.33 chains south and 33 feet West of the Northeast corner of the Southwest quarter of Section 16, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, and running thence West 300 feet; thence North 150 feet; thence East 300 feet; thence South 150 feet to the point of beginning.
