Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 10th day of January, Janu-ary, 1989, at 9:00 A.M., at the front entrance of the County Court House at Farmington, Utah, in the County of Davis, by KAY M. LEWIS, Trustee, and FIRST SECURITY FINANCIAL, FINAN-CIAL, as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by HOTEL DEVELOPMENT DEVELOP-MENT CORPORATION, a Utah Corporation, Cor-poration, as Trustor, and recorded September 30, 1986, as Entry No. 0754320 in Book 1114 at Page 887, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of said beneficiary by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded August Au-gust 26, 1988, as Entry No. 834814 in Book 1252 at Page 664 of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property located at 3333 Fernwood Drive, Layton, Utah: BEGINNING on the Easterly line of a road, 50.0 feet in width, at a point South 89 degrees 56' East 2150.50 feet along the Section Sec-tion line from the Southwest corner cor-ner of Section 12, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence South 89 degrees 56' East along the Section line 489.50 feet to the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section Sec-tion 12; thence North 0 degrees 29' East 177.0 feet along the East line of said Quarter Section to the Southeast Corner of Lot 9, of McDonald Subdivision; thence North 89 degrees 56' West 511.20 feet, more or less, along the South line of said subdivision to the East line of said road; thence Southerly 98.96 feet along said road along the arc of a 741.17 foot radius curve to the right; thence South 4 degrees 30' East 80.30 feet along said road to the point of BEGINNING, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust, including includ-ing fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, Trus-tee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon, and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest in-terest thereon as in said note and by law provided.
