Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Coun-ty Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, the 13th day of January, 1989, at 1:00 o'clock p.m., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 44, GREEN HILL ACRES SUBDIVISION, Plat , "A" Amended, Davis County, Utah according to the official . plat thereof. Commonly known as 750 North Barlow Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure foreclo-sure proceedings is dated September 17, 1979, and was executed by JOSEPH PAUL CHRISMAN and ANNITA L. CHRISMAN, husband and wife, as Trustor, and in favor of LOMAS MORTGAGE USA, INC., the present Beneficiary. The present owners are reported to be JOSEPH PAUL CHRISMAN and ANNITA L.
