Show David McKean WEST BOUNTIFUL David Sargent McKean, 63, passed away Dec. 18, 1988 after a brief illness. Born July 12, 1925 in Salt Lake City to David Emery and Pearl Sargent Sar-gent McKean. Married Jean Nes- sen Sept. 24, 1947 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Resided in West Bountiful most of his life. Served proudly as a veteran of the U.S. Navy in World War II, BTSN 1st Class. Retired carpenter from the LDS Hospital last July. Active in LDS Church, presently serving as a ward clerk in the West Bountiful Third Ward bishopric. He loved painting, family fami-ly and a good joke. Survivors: wife, Jean, West Bountiful; children, Mrs. David L. (Terri) Badham, David N. McKean, Kim N. McKean, all of West Bountiful; Jeffry L. McKean, Bountiful; Erin K. McKean, Salt Lake City; 14 grandchildren. Also sisters, Mrs. Bud (Elva) Stringham, Mrs. Einer (Grace) Strand, both of West Bountiful. Preceded in death by a brother, Emery, and a sister, Edith Hansen and parents. Funeral services, will be held Wednesday, Dec. 21 in the West Bountiful Third Ward, 858 N. 800 WFriends -may .call at the church one hour prior to services.
