Jeffs with interment in the Kaysville City Cemetery. Pallbearers were P. Hal Jeffs, J. Steven Jeffs, Bruce W. Jeffs, Jack Palmer, Kurt Jeffs, Christopher H. Jeffs, Kent Hodson and Roger Hulse. Honorary pallbearers were Bobby Bob-by Aduddell, Ado Zahow, Reilly Skeen, John Nicholas, Michael Anderson, Gene Brown, Noel Damron and Dwayne Cook. Dean Robert "Bob" Jeffs Jr., 47, of Morgan, died Monday, Dec. 5, 1988 at St. Benedict's Hospital in Ogden of a cardiac arrest. He was born July 19, 1941 in Houston, Tex., a son of Lt. Col. Dean Robert and Marjorie Weaver Jeffs Sr. He married Karen Bybee Feb. 16, 1962 in Clearfield. They were later divorced. He was reared in Clearfield and had lived in Japan, Layton and Sunset. He had lived in Morgan for the past 11 years. He graduated from Vermillion High School in Vermillion, S.D. He attended Weber State College majoring in electronics. He had worked at Hill Air Force Base for 23 years. At the time of his death h.e was a supervisor in the engineering data management branch at Hill Air Force Base. While employed at Hill AFB he had received three sustained superior su-perior ratings, letters of commendations commen-dations and two non-cash awards. He was a member of the LDS Church. He enjoyed scouting and had served in the scouting program. He enjoyed restoring antique cars, hunting, fishing and traveling. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. David J. (KayDean) Roberts, Henefer; and two grandchildren. Also surviving are his parents of Fruit Heights; three brothers and one sister, P. Hal Jeffs, Bear River City; J. Steven Jeffs, Huntsville; Bruce W. Jeffs, Kaysville; MarDiene Mar-Diene Jeffs, Bountiful. Funeral directors, Lindquist's Layton Mortuary. .. Bishop Edwin Ted Boyer officiated offici-ated at funeral services Dec. 8.
