Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Coun-ty Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, the 6th day of January, Janu-ary, 1989, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly described de-scribed as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of a 50 foot street which is North 0 degrees 56' West 25.00 feet along the Section line and North 89 degrees 52'56" East 200.00 feet from the West Quarter Corner of Section 32, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence North 1 14.24 feet to the boundary of property owned by Davis County School District; thence South 65 degrees 00' East 5.00 feet; thence South 79 degrees 34'30" East 81.84 feet along said School District property; prop-erty; thence South 97.15 feet to the North line of said 50 foot street; thence South 89 degrees 52'57" West 85.00 feet along the North line of said street to the point of beginning. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure foreclo-sure proceedings is dated February 13, 1987, and was executed by L. MILTON WISER, a married man, as Trustor, and in favor of CUNA MORTGAGE CORPORATION, COR-PORATION, the present Beneficiary. The present owner is reported to be L. MILTON WISER, a married man.
