Show NORTH STANDARD IS FULLHINCEQ That the lately inaugurated campaign of development at the property of the j North Standard Mining company, op- ! erating In the East Tlntfc district, will be carried forward without any financial embarrassment to the present stockholders stockhold-ers Is the announcement made by Man- 1 aging Director J. H. Manson. At a meeting meet-ing of the board of directors, held re- 1 cently in this city, the manager was able , to furnish proof of successful financing to the degree that removes any likelihood of assessments for a long time to come and gives to the company ample funds for the carrying forward of the aggressive aggres-sive development work now in progress. So satisfactory was the showing that the board decided to call off the sale of the treasury stock that has furnished the funds for the work since the organization of the company. The work at the property is being , crowded as fast as the available force I will permit, and it Is planned to increase this force as soon as additional buildings can be erected. Two shifts are busy in sinking the shaft, which is being sent down along modern lines at the rate of from four and one-half to five'.feet per day, while all the electric equipment used is reported as working in satisfactory manner. In addition to Its advantage as being among the best located in the booming East Tlntic section of the famous Tlntlc district, the North Standard has , gained additional value during the last six weeks by the development of an ample supply of excellent water. A spring well, within 500 feet of the mine, has been opened, furnishing fur-nishing 2000 gallons per day of excellent water, and this is siphoned down to the mine at small cost. |
