CHARGED WITH ISSUING BAD CHECK 1 Kdar R. Larscu, county attorney of 'Piute county, is wanted in Salt Lake on a charge of issuing a cheek without sufficient funds in the bank. A complaint against Larson was filed in the county attorney's office on May li, sworn to by J. R. Points, manager of the New Grand hotel. Four of Lar-sen Lar-sen 'a checks, two for $25 and another for $15 and another for $9.80, were turned over to the county attorney by the hotel management. They were all cashed at the hotel in April of this year. Word sent from the sheriff's office here to .Sheriff W. P. Carson of Piute county' to the effect that a warrant is out for Larson failed of results, and a telegraphic demand for action was sent through yesterday. Unless the local sheriff acts, it is understood that a state deputy will be sent to Piute county to bring Attorney Larsen here to answer to the charge preferred against him.
