Show DETAILS OF DEATH OF HALL RECEIVED Dotails of the death of Kndicott Hall, the son of Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Hall, 78 East First North street, who was killed in San Francisco last Wednesday, Wed-nesday, reached Salt Lake yesterday. Mr. Hall, who was inspecting engineer engi-neer for the Southern Pacific Eailroad company and nephew of William Hood, chief engineer of the company, died at the Southern Pacific hospital as the result of an accident at the- site of the company's new building, near the foot of Market street, San Francisco. Mr. Hall was struck upon the back of the head by a piece of timber five feet long which .became detached from the top of a pile driver 300 feet high. Mr. Hall had been in the employ of the company for several years. He resided re-sided in Oakland with his wife. Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Hall left for the coast as soon as news of the accident reached them. Funeral services were held yesterday in Berkeley. |
