Harmony and loyalty loyal-ty to the state and national tickets marked the Republican convention yesterday. yester-day. The following ticket was named: Bishop T. J. Parmley of Winterquar-ters. Winterquar-ters. representative; Carlos Gunderaon of Price, four-year term, count v cornmis-! cornmis-! sioner; Eugene Santschl of Hiawatha, i two-year term, county commissioner; E. S. Horsley of Price, clerk; George Col-j Col-j lingham of Sunnyside, sheriff; Mrs. Bar-I Bar-I bara Forrester of Oastlesate, recorder; ! Alpha Bellinger of Price, treasurer; j George Dunn of Scofleld, assessor; Thom-1 Thom-1 as Fouts of Price, attorney; J. B. For-1 For-1 rester of Price, surveyor. S. S. Klrk-patrick Klrk-patrick of Castleate and George Nelms of Price were re-elected county chair-! chair-! man and secretary, respectively. Horsley, Hors-ley, Mrs. Forrester, Ballinger, Fouta and J. B. Forrester are incumbents. Resolutions were Indorsed for strict enforcement of prohibition laws to be passed, and the even distribution among and withdrawal of county funds from the three banks of the county. The names of Hushes and Morris were cheered when their Indorsement was read jn the resolutions. |
