Show VISITORS TO FAIR STIMULATE TRADE Dealers Say Real Estate Business Shows Renewed Activity. ' Visitors to the state fair are already , stimulating inquiry about Salt Lake ; real estate, according to reports from ! the Bruneau-Hill Investment company, i in reviewing market conditions for the past week. An active inquiry was ex-I ex-I perienced all week and it is the opin- ion of members of this firm that the 1 coming fair week will bring increased business to Salt Lake real estate men. At this season of the year the Bruneau-Hill company listings show an exceptionally ex-ceptionally largo number of farm properties prop-erties offered at bargain prices, many of which are offered in trade for city realty, which is pointed out by the company salesmen to be an ideal market mar-ket condition to make a big volume of business for the coming fair and conference con-ference week. The Bruneau-Hill monthly magazine appeared at the office yesterday and is bing distributed for October.
