Show BIG BUSINESS DDI DURING SEPTEMBER S. A. Rice, managing salesman for Hoffman Brothers' Loan ft Trust company, com-pany, reports September as being a very active month in real estate in and around Marlborough place. Some of the places sold this month were two beautiful five-room brick bungalows on Emerson avenue in Marlborough place, one to Mr. Luce and the other one to Mr. Mathews; also three building sites in Marlborough place to R. Hales and two more to Mr. Jackson. Also one on Seventh Kaat street, facing Liberty park, which was sold to Mr. Christen-sen; Christen-sen; one near Fifth East and Twelfth I South to Mr. Hansen, and one between Third and Fourth East near Eleventh South to Mrs. Dominick. These are all beautiful, modern bungalows, prices ranging from $2800 to $4500. Real estate in Salt Lake, says Mr. Hoffman, is on the eve of a great upward up-ward movement. With the surrounding surround-ing resources of our city why should not real estate move? A very pood indication in-dication of this is an article m a recent re-cent Chicago paper, which places Salt Lake City at the' head of the list of several of the leading cities of the west. Salt Lake City offers a reality investment opportunity at the present time that cannot be duplicated anywhere any-where in the country. The surest and quickest returns will come to the man or woman who anchors hie or her money in Salt Lake City real estate. The year 1916 has seen the city's magnificent advance. The dream of many years of our enthused Salt Lake boosters is just beginning to take shape. As the elegant structures and homes are being completed the city is not over-built. The many new school houses that are being built is a good indication of the wonderful growth of our city. Note the hundreds of beautiful beau-tiful new homes as well as large apartment apart-ment houses, and hardly a house for rent. This is evidence that we are making a greater and stronger growth than any city in the west. Every dollar dol-lar invested in gilt edge real estate in our city is Bure to double in the near future. |
