A suit to determine the legality of tho boycott was filed today in the Superior Su-perior court. The plaintiff Is Charles L. Pyal, an electrical engineer, and tho defendants are the Sun Francisco Fran-cisco Labor Council, several unions and various union officials, who are alleged to have entered Into a conspiracy to. Injure In-jure Pyal'a business because of his employment em-ployment of non-union men. Several Instances In which the boycott was UBCd against him wore specified In the complaint, com-plaint, and J23.000 damages are demanded.
