Summit nnd Tooclo counties) Is hereby called to meet at Salt Lake City, Utah, on May tho lGth. 1901, for tho purpose pur-pose of nominating four candidates for District Judges, and ono candidate for District Attorney, for the dsloctlon of a district committee and for thc transaction transac-tion of such other businoris as may come properly beforo tho convention. The convention con-vention will conveno at 10 o'clock a. m In Judgo Morse's courtroom. No. 350 city and county building. The said convention conven-tion Bhall consist of 155 delegates, apportion appor-tion to tho thrco counties of tho Third Judicial district on tho basis of ono delegate dele-gate for every 95 voles or majority fraction frac-tion thereof, that were enst for Hon. Joseph Jo-seph Howell ior Representative on November No-vember 4, 1B02, In said counties, respectively, respec-tively, to wit: Salt Lako County (ll.&sG votes) 125 delegates. dele-gates. Summit county (1S24 votes) 19 dolegates. Tooc)e county (1036 votes) 11 delegates.
