Clark of Montana is believed to be en his way to Algiers to meet Miss Anna La Chappelle, his ward, and marry her. At least, this Is the tip given out by one of the Senator's friends and. it is believed. be-lieved. Possibly his ward Is already Mrs. W. A. Clark for sufficient time has clnpsod since the Senator's departure to have reached the trystlng place. Miss Chappellc's home Is In Butte. She has been studying music in Paris. She Is a very fine harpist and has declined de-clined flattering offers to go on the stage. She Is 2S years of age and the children of Senator Clark have opposed the wedding.
