August 4. and will return, leaving leav-ing Caldwell, August SO. The civllkui team will le required to be at Caldwell hv August 4, and will leave on the return trip ahout August 20. Private Howard Ellis, B troop, First cavalry. Tiie team captain will designate from the foregoing list the team coach, team quartermaster, twelve principals and two alternates. The team captain will have direct control con-trol and management of the team ana all matters pertaining to same from date of departure to and return from national matches. The team quartermaster will arrange for the necessary transportation en route from home station and return thereto. Officers and men designated in the foregoing list will be allowed haso pay by grades on properly executed voucher certified by the team captain for the following periods: (a) The period of necessary travel to and return from Caldwell, X, J. 1 (b) The period of the national match : and two days' preliminary practice pro- ' vided by national match rules. 1 (c) For oilier practice at the range at ; Caldwell not exceeding fourteen days ! prior to the match. ! Commutation of subsistence will be al- ! lowed to the enlisted men duly detailed a members of stale national guard teams, ! at the rale of '51.50 per day for (a) the necessary travel period to the range and ! returning therefrom to their home stations sta-tions ; (M for the period of the nationaJ match and for the two preliminary days of practice immediately preceding tho match ; (c) for fourteen days' previous practice. |
