Show INSTANTLY KILLED BY FREIGHT TRAIN Special to The Tribune. OcDEN, July 2fi. W. F. Miller, 19 years of age, of Wyandotte, Wis., was instantly killed early yesterday morning at Thayer Junction, Vyo., by Union Pacific freight train engine No. I!'2ti9. As the train passed around a curve the engineer sighted the youth sitting on the track. He did not heed the whistles, and the supposition is that the boy was deaf. The engineer made every effort to stop the train, but before he could rlo so it passed over the body of the youth. The body was taken to Rock Springs, where it is heid pending receipt of word from relatives. |
