Show -AMERICAN LEGION a CHAPTER FORMED m Special to The Tribune. PROVO, July 2. The Provo chapter of the American legion was organized here last night with the following ofli-cers: ofli-cers: Harry R. ?Tetcher. chairman: James Clove, Jr.. vice chairman ; Albert H. Hickman, secretary and treasurer. These, with James K. Tucker and Peland J. Farrer, form the executive committee. Already thirty members have joined the Provo chapter, and it is expected that more than 500 will join when the object 7jfianl value of the legion is made clear to the men who participated in the world war. Captain Hamilton Gardner of Salt Lake met with the Provo members last night BBnd explained the object of the legion to those present. |
