Show WITNESSES TESTIFY IN HOMICIDE CASE Special to The Tribune. PROVO, July 26. An inquest over the body of John Lohota, who was killed in a fiffht between a number of Mexican laborers labor-ers at Kyune yesterday, was held at the Berg undertaking establishment this I afternoon. Judge James li. Tucker presided at the Inquest, and a number of American-born Mexicans were placed on the witness stand, all of whom testified that Lobota. was killed in a struggle with a native of old Mexico, named Juan Coutera, who also stabbed Kdonlo Chavis. Owing to the absence of the examining physician, in addition to witness who are in custody at I'rice, the inquest was continued until 10 o'clock next Monday morning. |
