Show INTERMOUNTAIN FAIR DATES ARE CHANGED The iniermountain fair, held at Grand Junction, Colo., has decided to change its dates from September 23 to 26 to September Sep-tember 30 and October 1. 2 and 3. This brings the Grand Junction fair during the week following the Colorado state fair at Pueblo and the week preceding the state fair at Salt 1-ike. Frank H. Reed.s, secretary of the Grand Junction association, associa-tion, writes to D. Y. Parratt, manager of tiie Utah state fair, that he has assurances assur-ances that many livestock exhibitors, as well as racing men, will come on west from Pueblo, slop off for the Grand Junction event and then continue to Salt Lake. "Already I have been told by the La.ears. of the Gar mesa ranch," writes Mr. Reeds, "that they will go to .Salt Lake again this yeu r, and by Dr. Drew that he will again take his racing string (here -for the fair. We also have other livestock men here who I believe will exhibit there u ne'er the new ruling reducing re-ducing the cost of transportation on exhibits.-' |
