Show Men of Rumania Don Picturesque Wearing Apparel Gray Woolen Hospital i Bathrobes Find Favor in Eyes of Peasants, I BUCHAREST, July 26. (By the ! Associated Press.) For the first lime since Rumania, as the ancient an-cient Roman province o Dacia, adopted the short white skirt of the Roman legionaries as her especial costume, cos-tume, the men of Rumania have changed their style of wearing apparel.
